How to get started with OnceHub on Zapier

OnceHub and Zapier connect to automate your work. You can trigger actions when contacts are captured and create new bookings or update CRM records.

Prerequisites

To use the OnceHub app on Zapier, you must have:

  • An OnceHub account with at least the Schedule plan.
  • At least one configured booking calendar, booking page, routing form, or chatbot in OnceHub to trigger Zaps.

Connect OnceHub to Zapier

To create an app connection to OnceHub on Zapier:

  • Go to the Apps page.
  • Click + Add connection.
  • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select OnceHub.
  • Click Add connection.
  • A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
  • Complete the following fields:
  • Click Yes, Continue to OnceHub.

Your OnceHub account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

  • Zaps may not trigger if using "Booking with approval" mode. Bookings must be approved in OnceHub before the trigger runs. 
  • Booking Completed trigger only runs after the appointment time has passed, not when the booking is made.
