Connect to Cognito Forms on Zapier

Cognito Forms uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  • Log into Cognito Forms to authenticate.
  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only
 
Is a paid Cognito Forms plan required? Yes
  • You must be on a Pro plan or higher.
  • If a user with an organization on the Individual plan attempts to connect Zapier to Cognito Forms, they will receive a message that says "Please upgrade to a Pro plan to enable this feature."
  • View Cognito Forms's plans.
Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • Organization owners and admins can connect their organizations to Zapier. 
  • Organizations where the user is not an organization owner or admin will not be in the dropdown list of organizations to select in the OAuth dialog.

Are there usage limits? Yes
  • Organizations are billed for their integration usage, but not limited by monthly usage. Requests may be throttled to prevent abuse.

Are custom fields supported? Yes
