Why did Zapier charge my credit card?

If you received a charge on your credit card from Zapier, either you or someone on your team has signed up for one of our paid Zapier plans. Zapier's paid plans charge a monthly or yearly subscription fee. 

Identifying the owner of a Zapier account

Checking with your team is the quickest way to understand who signed up for a Zapier account. Typically, a Zapier account is created by someone on the support, marketing, or engineering department, but it may also be created by a team member trying to connect apps your company uses.

If you can't identify the user who signed up for Zapier, contact Zapier support. They will work with you to look up the email address associated with the Zapier account.
