BigCommerce and Zapier connect to automate your eCommerce workflows. Trigger actions when orders are created or carts are abandoned and create customers or products.
Prerequisites
To use the BigCommerce app on Zapier, you must have:
- A paid BigCommerce plan (Standard, Plus, Pro, or Enterprise).
- Store Owner permissions in BigCommerce to create the required API credentials for Zapier.
- A Store API account created in BigCommerce with appropriate OAuth scopes configured for the data you want to sync with Zapier.
Connect BigCommerce to Zapier
To create an app connection to BigCommerce on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select BigCommerce.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- Store hash: Enter your BigCommerce store hash.
- Access token: Enter your BigCommerce access token.
- Click Yes, Continue to BigCommerce.
Your BigCommerce account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- API rate limits apply. BigCommerce enforces rate limits that vary by plan type - Pro plans allow 60k requests per hour (450 per 30 seconds), Plus & Standard plans allow 20k requests per hour (150 per 30 seconds), and Enterprise plans have custom limits by resource.
