Pipedrive and Zapier connect to automate your sales work. You can trigger actions when new deals or contacts are added and create new deals, contacts, or notes.

Prerequisites
To use the Pipedrive app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Pipedrive account (any plan including free trial).
- Pipedrive API access enabled for your user account (this is enabled by default for all users, but can be disabled by admins).
Connect Pipedrive to Zapier
To create an app connection to Pipedrive on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Pipedrive.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Pipedrive to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Pipedrive account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- API rate limiting applies.
- Pipedrive has token-based rate limiting with daily budgets calculated as 30,000 base tokens × subscription plan multiplier × number of seats. Burst limits apply per user with 20-120 requests per 2 seconds depending on plan.
- Maximum of 10,000 POST/PUT requests daily per user per 24 hours, with limits reset at midnight UTC.
- Only the primary (first) phone number can be pulled from Pipedrive contacts, even if multiple numbers are stored.
- Custom currency fields require both amount and currency code to be populated, otherwise data may not appear in Pipedrive.
