Manage guided templates

The Guided templates page is where you browse, search, and organize guided templates you've created or that have been shared with you. You can access it by clicking the Templates icon in the main navigation. Learn more about guided templates.

Search and filter guided templates

You can find specific guided templates using the search and filter options.

Search box

• Search box: search by entering a guided template name or the name of an app it uses.

Filters

• Templates dropdown menu: the dropdown menu next to the search bar can be used to filter by selecting an option:
  • All templates: all guided templates in your account.
  • Owned by me: guided templates you own.
  • Shared wtih me: guided templates that you do not own but are shared with you.
• Filter button : click to reveal additional filtering options.
  • Owner: a filter that you can use to search for and select the owner of a guided template.
  • App: a filter that you can use to search for and select an app used in the guided template.

Manage guided templates

Each guided template in the list will display the name of the guided template, the apps it uses, the avatar of the owner, and a settings icon. You can sort the list by name.

To manage your guided template:

1. Click its settings icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
2. Select either:
   • Use to use the template.
   • Share to change sharing settings.
   • Change owner to make another user in your Zapier account the owner of the guided template.
   • Delete to delete the guided template.

Note

You must be the owner of the guided template to share, delete, or change the owner of the guided template.
