ABC GymSales and Zapier connect to automate lead management. You can create new people from form submissions and leads, plus add tags and notes.
Prerequisites
To use the ABC GymSales app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active ABC GymSales account (any plan level).
- API credentials provided by the GymSales Support Team (contact help@gymsales.net to obtain these credentials).
- At least one company/location set up in your GymSales account (required for creating people and appointments).
- For multi-location setups, you need to know your Company IDs for each location to properly route leads to the correct gym location.
Connect ABC GymSales to Zapier
To create an app connection to ABC GymSales on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select ABC GymSales.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- API Username: Enter your API username provided by the GymSales Support Team.
- API Password: Enter your API password provided by the GymSales Support Team.
- Company ID: Enter your Company ID (required for multi-location setups).
- Click Yes, Continue to ABC GymSales.
Your ABC GymSales account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

- API Request (Beta) - This is an advanced action which makes a raw HTTP request that includes this integration's authentication.
Limitations
- Rate limiting applies with 120 requests per minute for /api/v1/people endpoints and 500 requests per minute for all other endpoints.
- Salesperson Name must already exist in GymSales system before it can be assigned.
