How to get started with Birdeye on Zapier

Birdeye and Zapier connect to automate your customer experience. You can trigger actions when new appointments or reviews are created and create customers.

Prerequisites

To use the Birdeye app on Zapier, you must have:

Connect Birdeye to Zapier

To create an app connection to Birdeye on Zapier:

  • Go to the Apps page.
  • Click + Add connection.
  • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Birdeye.
  • Click Add connection.
  • A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
  • Complete the following fields:
  • Click Yes, Continue to Birdeye.

Your BirdEye account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
