Birdeye and Zapier connect to automate your customer experience. You can trigger actions when new appointments or reviews are created and create customers.
Prerequisites
To use the Birdeye app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Birdeye account.
- Appropriate permissions within your Birdeye account to access the API settings and generate API keys.
Connect Birdeye to Zapier
To create an app connection to Birdeye on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Birdeye.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- API Key: Enter your Birdeye API key. Learn where to find your BirdEye API key.
- Click Yes, Continue to Birdeye.
Your BirdEye account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Rate limiting applies per user account with different tiers: Standard (1 rps), Lite/Starter (15 rps), Premium (50 rps/1000 rpm), Business (100 rps/1500 rpm), Enterprise (custom).
- Different subscription tiers have limited access to certain API endpoints. Standard tier only has access to 3 specific endpoints while higher tiers get full API access.
