Appbot and Zapier connect to automate review monitoring. You can trigger actions when new app reviews arrive and create comments in custom sources.
Prerequisites
To use the Appbot app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Appbot account.
- At least one app being tracked in your Appbot account (iOS, Google Play, or Windows app store).
Connect Appbot to Zapier
To create an app connection to Appbot on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Appbot.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Appbot to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Appbot account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- API requests are limited to 250,000 requests per month with a maximum burst of 20 requests per minute. Rate limiting is applied per team rather than per individual user, which may affect multiple team members using the same API credentials.
