How to get started with Adobe Workfront on Zapier

Prerequisites

To use the Adobe Workfront app on Zapier, you must have:

  • A paid Zapier account. Adobe Workfront is a premium app on Zapier.
  • An active Adobe Workfront account with one of the following subscription plans: Select, Prime, or Ultimate. 
  • System Administrator access level in Adobe Workfront. This is required to create OAuth2 applications and generate your Client ID and Secret needed for authentication. When creating the OAuth application in Adobe Workfront, use the following details:
    • Redirect URL:https://zapier.com/dashboard/auth/oauth/return/App232449CLIAPI/
    • Suggested name: Zapier Workfront Integration

Connect Adobe Workfront to Zapier

  1. To create an app connection to Adobe Workfront on Zapier:
    • Go to the Apps page.
    • Click + Add connection.
    • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Adobe Workfront.
    • Click Add connection.
    • A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
    • Complete the following fields using credentials generated in your Adobe Workfront OAuth2 application:
      • Workfront Domain: Enter your Adobe Workfront domain.
      • Client ID: Enter your Client ID.
      • Client Secret: Enter your Client Secret.
    • Click Yes, Continue to Adobe Workfront.
  2. Your Adobe Workfront account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

  • API rate limits are enforced at 200 requests per minute.
  • Default number of results at paginated at 500, with a maximum of 2,000 results per page.
