Pipefy and Zapier connect to automate your workflow management. You can trigger actions when new cards are created or completed and create new cards or move them between phases.
Prerequisites
To use the Pipefy app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Pipefy account (free Starter plan or any paid plan).
Connect Pipefy to Zapier
To create an app connection to Pipefy on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Pipefy.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Pipefy to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Pipefy account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- API call limits vary by plan: Starter (Free) allows only 20 API calls, Business allows 500, Enterprise allows 10,000, and Unlimited allows 15 million per month.
