WhatConverts and Zapier connect to track leads from calls, forms, and chats. You can trigger actions when new leads arrive and create leads from other apps.
Prerequisites
To use the WhatConverts app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active WhatConverts account.
- API access enabled in your WhatConverts account. You need to generate API Token and API Secret from the Integrations section.
- Access to either Master Integrations (for agency accounts) or Profile Integrations (for individual business accounts) within your WhatConverts dashboard.
Connect WhatConverts to Zapier
- To create an app connection to WhatConverts on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select WhatConverts.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- API Token: Enter your WhatConverts API Token.
- API Secret: Enter your WhatConverts API Secret.
- Click Yes, Continue to WhatConverts.
- Your WhatConverts account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Profile API keys are limited to 1,000 requests per day.
- Master Account API keys are limited to 10,000 requests per day.
- Rate limiting allows only 1 request per millisecond and up to 20 concurrent requests.
