How to get started with Recruit CRM on Zapier

Recruit CRM and Zapier connect to automate recruiting workflows. Trigger actions when candidates or jobs are added and create contacts, companies, or deals.

Prerequisites

To use the Recruit CRM app on Zapier, you must have:

  • A Recruit CRM Business Plan subscription or higher.
  • An active Recruit CRM account with admin access to generate API tokens.
  • An API token generated from Recruit CRM → Admin Setting → Account Management section.

Connect Recruit CRM to Zapier

To create an app connection to RecruitCRM on Zapier:

  1. Go to the Apps page.
  2. Click + Add connection.
  3. A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select RecruitCRM.
  4. Click Add connection.
  5. A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
  6. Complete the following fields:
    • API Token: Enter your API Token.
  7. Click Yes, Continue to RecruitCRM.

Your RecruitCRM account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

  • Rate limiting restrictions apply. API requests are limited to 60 requests per minute for accounts with 6 licenses or fewer, and 10 requests per minute per license for accounts with more than 6 licenses. Exceeding these limits results in a 429 HTTP status error.
