Paperform and Zapier connect to automate form workflows. You can trigger actions when new submissions are received and create or update forms, products, and coupons.
Prerequisites
To use the Paperform app on Zapier, you must have:
- A Paperform API key generated from your account's Developer Settings page.
- At least one published form in your Paperform account to connect with Zapier.
- At least one form submission in your Paperform form to successfully test the Zapier trigger (the test will use data from your most recent submission).
Connect Paperform to Zapier
To create an app connection to Paperform on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Paperform.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- API Key: Enter your Paperform API Key.
- Click Yes, Continue to Paperform.
Your Paperform account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- The API is rate limited to prevent abuse, and exceeding the limits will result in a "429 Too Many Requests" response.
- When testing Zapier triggers, your form must have at least one submission as the test uses data from your most recent submission.
