Instantly and Zapier connect to automate cold email campaigns. You can trigger actions when emails are sent or replied to and add leads to campaigns.
Prerequisites
To use the Instantly app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Instantly account (any paid plan starting from Growth plan).
- Access to your Instantly API key from the Integrations tab in your Instantly account settings.
Connect Instantly to Zapier
To create an app connection to Instantly on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Instantly.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- In the API Key field enter your API key from the Integrations tab in your Instantly account.
- Click Yes, Continue to Instantly.
Your Instantly account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Rate limits apply to all API requests. Instantly enforces strict rate limits of no more than 100 requests in 10 seconds and no more than 600 requests in one minute. These limits are shared across the entire workspace and can cause 429 errors if exceeded - source
