Ninja Forms and Zapier connect to automate your work. You can trigger actions when forms are submitted and create contacts, add subscribers, or update spreadsheets.
Prerequisites
To use the Ninja Forms app on Zapier, you must have:
- A WordPress website with the Ninja Forms core plugin installed and activated.
- The Ninja Forms Zapier add-on purchased and installed.
- At least one published form in Ninja Forms that you want to connect to Zapier.
Connect Ninja Forms to Zapier
To create an app connection to Ninja Forms on Zapier, in your trigger step:
- Search for and select Ninja Forms.
- In the Trigger event field, select New Form Submission.
- Click Continue.
- In the Your webhook URL field, click Copy to copy the unique URL. Keep this Zapier page open, as you'll need to return to it later.
- Log into your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the Ninja Forms section.
- Open the specific form you want to connect to Zapier.
- Click the Emails & Actions tab at the top of the form editor.
- Click + Add new action.
- In the list of actions, find and select Zapier.
- A new Zapier action box will appear.
- In the ZAPIER WEB HOOK field, within this box, paste your webhook URL you copied form Zapier.
- Click Done, then click Publish to save your form changes.
Your Ninja Forms account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Whenever you modify your form's field settings, you need to "re-sync" your changes with Zapier by submitting a test form, testing your trigger step, and remapping fields.
