LiveChat and Zapier connect to automate customer support. You can trigger actions when chats start or end and sync chat data to CRMs or sheets.
Prerequisites
To use the LiveChat app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active LiveChat account (any plan including the 14-day free trial).
- A Personal Access Token (PAT) generated with the required scopes:
- tickets_read
- tickets_write
- webhooks_manage
- webhooks_write
- archives_reads
- archives_writes
- visitors_read
Connect LiveChat to Zapier
To create an app connection to LiveChat on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select LiveChat.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- Email: Enter your LiveChat account email address.
- Personal Access Token Key: Enter your LiveChat API key.
- Click Yes, Continue to LiveChat.
Your LiveChat account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- There is a limit of 25 access tokens per client per user account, with the oldest token being automatically revoked when the limit is reached.
