Kommo and Zapier connect to automate your CRM work. You can trigger actions when new leads or contacts are added and create leads with contacts.
Prerequisites
To use the Kommo app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Kommo account (any plan - Base, Advanced, or Enterprise).
- Administrator permissions in your Kommo account to authorize the integration (integrations can only be installed by administrators).
Connect Kommo to Zapier
To create an app connection to Kommo on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Kommo.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into Kommo to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your Kommo account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
