How to get started with Jobber on Zapier

Jobber and Zapier connect to automate your home service business. You can trigger actions when new clients or invoices are created and create new clients, jobs, or quotes.

Prerequisites

To use the Jobber app on Zapier, you must have:

  • An active Jobber account on a plan that includes Zapier integration (available on Connect, Grow, and Plus plans). 

Connect Jobber to Zapier

To create an app connection to Jobber on Zapier:

  • Go to the Apps page.
  • Click + Add connection.
  • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Jobber.
  • Click Add connection.
  • A new browser tab or window will open.
  • Log into Jobber to authenticate.
  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

Your Jobber account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

  • Create Job - Creates a new job. This will create the job for the client's first property.
  • Add Note to Request - Adds a note to a request

Limitations

  • API rate limits apply: 2500 requests per 5 minutes per app/account combination, which may cause throttling.
  • Create Request, Create Quote, and Create Job actions always use the first property created for the client when the client has multiple properties.
  • If the team member who connected Jobber and Zapier is deactivated in Jobber, the Zapier connection will be disconnected and need to be re-connected.
