ConnectWise Manage (PSA) and Zapier connect to automate your business management. You can trigger actions when tickets or contacts are updated and create new tickets, companies, or contacts.
Prerequisites
To use the ConnectWise Manage app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active ConnectWise Manage account.
- API Member credentials created within ConnectWise Manage, including both Public and Private API keys generated through System Members API Members.
- Proper security role permissions configured for the API member to access the required ConnectWise Manage modules (Companies, Contacts, Tickets, Projects) based on your integration needs.
Connect ConnectWise Manage to Zapier
To create an app connection to ConnectWise Manage on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select ConnectWise Manage.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- Complete the following fields:
- Company: Enter your ConnectWise Manage company identifier.
- Public Key: Enter your API public key.
- Private Key: Enter your API private key.
- Site: Enter your ConnectWise Manage server URL.
- Click Yes, Continue to ConnectWise Manage.
Your ConnectWise Manage account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
