How to get started with Chatwork on Zapier

Chatwork and Zapier connect to automate team communication. You can send messages to group chats and create tasks when events happen in other apps.

Prerequisites

To use the Chatwork app on Zapier, you must have:

  • An active Chatwork account (free or paid plan).
  • A Chatwork API token generated from your account settings.

Connect Chatwork to Zapier

To create an app connection to Chatwork on Zapier:

  1. Go to the Apps page.
  2. Click + Add connection.
  3. A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Chatwork.
  4. Click Add connection.
  5. A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
  6. Complete the following fields:
    • API Key: Enter your Chatwork API token.
  7. Click Yes, Continue to Chatwork.

Your Chatwork account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

  • Create Task - Adds a new task in a specific group chat.

Limitations

  • API rate limits apply. 300 requests per 5 minutes globally, with additional limits of 10 requests per 10 seconds for message posting and task creation endpoints.
