Dropdown fields are a specific field type in Zapier Tables. They display a set list of values that users can select to avoid data entry errors and inconsistencies.
Dropdown source types
You can add options for your dropdown field from different sources:
- Static list: Enter the available options directly in the field setup.
- Another table or field: Select another table or another field from the same table to be the source of the dropdown.

You can create a list of options directly within your dropdown field.
