LinkedIn Conversions and Zapier connect to track ad performance. You can trigger actions from CRM updates and send conversion events to LinkedIn.
Prerequisites
To use the LinkedIn Conversions app on Zapier, you must have:
- A LinkedIn Campaign Manager account with proper permissions. You must be assigned as both the Account Manager or Campaign Manager role on the ads account in Campaign Manager, as well as the Company Page Admin or Lead Gen Forms Manager role.
- A conversion rule created in LinkedIn Campaign Manager with "Conversions API" selected as the source.
- Access to Campaign Manager's Measurement section to set up conversion tracking.
- Trigger data that includes at least an email, first-party cookie ID, or first name and last name for proper conversion attribution.
- Active, Draft, or Paused campaigns in your LinkedIn ad account to associate with your conversion rules.
Connect LinkedIn Conversions to Zapier
To create an app connection to LinkedIn Conversions on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select LinkedIn Conversions.
- Click Add connection.
- A new browser tab or window will open.
- Log into LinkedIn Conversions to authenticate.
- Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.
Your LinkedIn Conversions account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations
- Rate limits apply. Maximum of 600 requests per minute and 300,000 requests per day through your member access token.
- Attribution window limitations: Post-click attribution windows are limited to 1, 7, 30, or 90 days (365 days only supported for specific conversion types: SUBMIT_APPLICATION, PURCHASE, ADD_TO_CART, QUALIFIED_LEAD, and LEAD).
