Scale and Zapier connect to automate AI data workflows. You can trigger actions when data labeling tasks complete and create new annotation projects or datasets.
Prerequisites
To use the Scale app on Zapier, you must have:
- An active Scale AI account (either Self-Serve Data Engine or Enterprise plan).

Manager or Admin role permissions in your Scale AI account to create an API key.
- Members cannot access API keys.
Connect Scale to Zapier
To create an app connection to Scale AI on Zapier:
- Go to the Apps page.
- Click + Add connection.
- A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Scale AI.
- Click Add connection.
- A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
- In the API Key field, enter your Scale AI API key from your dashboard.
- Click Yes, Continue to Scale AI.
Your Scale AI account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
