How to get started with AI21 Labs on Zapier

AI21 Labs and Zapier connect to automate AI text tasks. You can send prompts to AI models and trigger actions when new files are added.

Prerequisites

To use the AI21 Labs app on Zapier, you must have:

• An AI21 Labs account.
• Valid billing information after the free trial period expires.

Connect AI21 Labs to Zapier

Find your AI21 Labs credentials

To create an API key:

1. Log into your AI21 Labs account.
2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
3. A dialog window will open. Click API Keys.
4. Click + Create new key.
5. (Optional) Add a name for your API Key. e.g., Zapier.
6. Click Create key.
7. Copy the API Key to your clipboard.

Connect AI21 Labs on Zapier

To create an app connection to AI21 Labs on Zapier:

1. Go to the Apps page.
2. Click + Add connection.
3. A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select AI21 Labs.
4. Click Add connection.
5. A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
6. In the API Key field, enter your AI21 Labs API key.
7. Click Yes, Continue to AI21 Labs.

Your AI21 Labs account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

• Rate limits restrict usage to 10 requests per second (RPS) and 200 requests per minute (RPM) for foundation models like Jamba Large and Jamba Mini.
• Usage is subject to subscription scope limitations including number of solution calls, tokens, and available features as specified in service agreements.
