How to get started with ServiceTitan on Zapier

ServiceTitan and Zapier connect to automate field service work. Trigger actions when new jobs or customers are added and create leads or tasks.

Prerequisites

To use the ServiceTitan app on Zapier, you must have:

Connect ServiceTitan to Zapier

To create an app connection to ServiceTitan on Zapier:

  • Go to the Apps page.
  • Click + Add connection.
  • A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select ServiceTitan.
  • Click Add connection.
  • A Connect an Account page will open in a browser tab or window.
  • Complete the following fields:
    • Tenant ID: Enter your ServiceTitan Tenant ID.
    • Client ID: Enter your ServiceTitan Client ID.
    • Client Secret: Enter your ServiceTitan Client Secret.
    • Environment to use: Select production environment.
  • Click Yes, Continue to ServiceTitan.

Your ServiceTitan account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
