What happens if you exceed your plan's knowledge source limit

Each Chatbots plan has a different size limit for knowledge sources, measured in bytes. Learn how to check your knowledge source usage.

If you reach the limit for your plan:

  • You will not be able to add new knowledge sources.
  • Scheduled syncs that exceed the limit will be disabled.
  • Manual syncs will error if they exceed the knowledge source limit.

To fix this issue, you can:

  • Upgrade your plan to get access to a larger knowledge source limit.
  • Remove an existing knowledge source.
