• The New Ticket trigger now returns these new output fields:

Gmail

• The New Labeled Email trigger no longer triggers on replies to an email that previously triggered the Zap.
• We fixed a number of Gmail issues:
  • Duplicate messages were sent to email addresses in the BCC field.
  • Formatting of the message body was incorrectly adding extra new lines.
  • Improved support for message body text in encodings other than UTF-8.

Google Drive

• We fixed the issue where the Upload File action was getting an error when uploading to a shared drive.

HubSpot

• We fixed the issue where the Find Associations search was incorrectly being marked as successful when no associations were found.

Instagram for Business

• We’ve added a Publish Video action.
• The Publish Photo action now supports uploading multiple media items.

Intercom

• We’ve added an Updated Company trigger.
• The Update Ticket action now supports custom fields.
• We fixed these issues:
  • The New Conversation Rating trigger was sometimes returning the error message  “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'item')”.
  • When using the New User trigger, it was returning an error when new users were created with a mobile device.

Jira Software Cloud

• We fixed the issue where the Find Issues (Via JQL) search was sometimes returning a 401 Unauthorized error.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

• We’ve added a Find Multiple Leads search.
• The Find Contact search now supports the option to filter based on a company name.
• The Find Opportunity search now supports the option to filter based on a contact ID.
• The Create Incident action now has a new “Owner” input field.

Microsoft Office 365

• The New Email trigger now includes attachments as individual files (in addition to a single zip file).
• The Send Email action now has a new “From Email” input field.
• We fixed an issue with where the New Email trigger was incorrectly triggering on sent emails from a shared inbox.

• We’ve added a Canceled Recurring Payment trigger.

• Custom fields for the Updated Deal Stage trigger were not displaying option names (only IDs).
• Testing the Create Person action with a “Marketing Status” selected resulted in an error.
• ord_idowner_id and visible_to input fields were not being sent to Pipedrive correctly.
• The Find Deal search sometimes included outdated information.

• We’ve added the New Company trigger.

• The Request Approval action now includes options to:
  • Add the message to a thread.
  • Automatically include a Zap link in the message.
  • Post in direct messages.
• The Set Channel Topic action now allows a bot to post the topic change, in addition to the connected Slack user.
• We fixed these issues:
  • Testing the New Reaction Added trigger was not working.
  • Testing the New Mention trigger was sometimes returning a message.channel.startsWith is not a function error.
  • The New Message Posted to Private Channel trigger was activating for edited messages instead of new messages and returning a message_not_found error.

• The Updated Row trigger sometimes returned an “Invalid Content-Type header. Media type not supported." error when turning on a Zap.
• The Updated Row trigger (new version) was not returning all cells for the row.
