How to get started with Adobe Acrobat Sign on Zapier

Adobe Acrobat Sign and Zapier connect to automate your e-signature workflows. You can trigger actions when agreements are signed and automatically create signature requests from other apps.

Prerequisites

To use the Adobe Acrobat Sign app on Zapier, you must have:

Connect Adobe Acrobat Sign to Zapier

To create an app connection to Adobe Acrobat Sign on Zapier:

  1. Go to the Apps page.
  2. Click + Add connection.
  3. A new dialog box will appear. Search for and select Adobe Acrobat Sign.
  4. Click Add connection.
  5. A new browser tab or window will open.
  6. Log into Adobe Acrobat Sign to authenticate.
  7. Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

Your Adobe Acrobat Sign account is now successfully connected to Zapier.

Limitations

  • API rate limits apply. Adobe Sign monitors client requests and enforces throttling to protect system resources.
  • Refresh token lifespan is 60 days. If you're not regularly using your Adobe Acrobat Sign app on Zapier, your connection may expire. Set up a scheduled trigger to keep the integration active.
  • Custom form fields must be present in the original document or template used in Adobe Sign to access them via Zapier.
