DirectIQ uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  1. Log into your DirectIQ account.
  2. Go to the Integration / API screen from yourDirectIQ Dashboard to find your API Key.

Are there usage limits? Yes
  • Plans are contact and send limit based :
    • Free Plan 250 contacts 1000 sends
    • Essential Plan: Min 2500 Contacts and 15000 Sends
    • Unlimited Plan: Min 2500 Contacts and Unlimited Sends
    • If the account go over the contact limit the service is paused.

Are there pagination limits? No  
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Not applicable  
Are custom fields supported? Yes
  • In DirectIQ, by default, there are three fields, that can be in contact: email, first and last names. If your contacts have other characteristics, that you want to save in the system, then you can create custom fields. Custom fields in contacts are what allow marketers to target campaigns and run reports based on specific contact characteristics.
