Changes to models available on Zapier Chatbots

We're changing the ChatGPT models available within Zapier Chatbots. These changes are designed to enhance your experience and ensure your chatbots use the most efficient and up-to-date models available.

Key changes

We're removing two models and replacing them with more modern and better-performing alternatives. If your chatbot uses one of the removed models, it will be moved to a newer one.

• GPT-3.5 Turbo: Any chatbot currently using GPT-3.5 Turbo will be migrated to GPT-4o mini.
• GPT-4: Chatbots currently using GPT-4 will be migrated to GPT-4o.

Why make these changes?

Newer models provide many benefits, such as:

• Improved performance: Newer models offer faster response times.
• Cost efficiency: More efficient models mean better value for your investment.
• Larger context windows: Chatbots will be able to handle more complex queries with ease.
• Updated knowledge: Access to the latest information and advancements.
