Connect to Glean on Zapier
Glean uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Glean Subdomain
To find your Glean Subdomain:
- Log in to your Glean account at https://app.glean.com.
- Log out of your Glean account.
- Log back in to your Glean account.

The subdomain will appear in your browser’s address bar. For example, if the address is
app.glean.com/?qe=https%3A%2F%2Fmydomain-be.glean.com
, then your subdomain ismydomain-be
.
Client API Token
To find your Client API Token, contact your Glean admin.
Glean Subdomain
To find your Glean Subdomain:
- Log into your Glean account at https://app.glean.com.
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > About Glean.
- The Server instance (QE) field contains your subdomain.
Client API Token
To create a Client API token:
- Log into your Glean account at https://app.glean.com.
- Navigate to Admin > API tokens
- The Client API token must be:
- A user-scoped token (not a global-scoped token).
- Include the scopes the
SEARCH
andCOLLECTIONS
.
