How to get started with InfoVetted on Zapier

Connect to InfoVetted on Zapier

InfoVetted uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

To find the API Key:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal at https://portal.infovetted.com.
  2. Navigate to Integrations → API Keys tab.
  3. Copy the API key provided for your account.

About InfoVetted's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Both self- and cloud-hosted accounts
  • InfoVetted generally offers its own cloud-hosted accounts; however, it also offers self-hosted accounts (SSO) such as Okta by contacting InfoVetted. Cloud-host accounts generally follow authentication rules.
Is a paid InfoVetted plan required? Yes
  • You must be on the Check Lite plan or higher to use Zapier.
  • If no subscription is enabled then the error code "NoActiveProductSubscription" will be returned.
  • View InfoVetted's plans.
Are any special account permissions required? No  
Are there usage limits? Yes

Rate limit:

    • Maximum requests: 60
    • Time window: 60 seconds
    • This means you can make up to 60 API requests within a 60-second period. If you exceed this limit, further requests may be temporarily blocked.
  • If you send more than 60 requests within 60 seconds, you'll receive the following error 429 "Too Many Requests. Try again in 30 seconds."
Are there pagination limits? No  
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Not applicable  
Are custom fields supported? No  
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Overwrite existing data
