Webhawk uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  • Log into Webhawk to authenticate.
  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

  • You must be on the paid Webhawk plan to use Zapier. If not, Zaps will not trigger.

  • Possible issue: Zap is not triggering.
    • Likely cause: The Zapier integration has been deleted from your Profile page in the Integrations section.
    • How to fix:
      • Navigate to your profile page and check the "Integrations" section.
      • If Zapier is not listed under "Integrations," the integration was likely deleted as described above.
      • Turn the Zap off and then on again within Zapier. This action will re-register the webhook URL in Webhawk.
      • Check the "Integrations" section again to confirm that Zapier now appears.
