How to get started with MotionOps on Zapier

Connect to MotionOps on Zapier

MotionOps uses OAuth to authenticate your account on Zapier.

  • Log into MotionOps to authenticate.
  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

About MotionOps's app

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only
  • An account on MotionOps is required. Only users with relevant permissions (admins) can access the Business Settings where the Zapier integration configuration is available.
Is a paid MotionOps plan required? Yes
  • Zapier is available on MotionOps for any subscription plan. All users with an active subscription can use Zapier with MotionOps. 
  • MotionOps doesn't have a free plan, therefore a paid account is required. MotionOps offers a 14-day free trial for all of the plans.
  • View MotionOps's plans.
Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • Only a Business Admin or a user with admin permissions can access the Business Settings and configure Zapier. 
  • All users can access the app, triggers, and actions afterward, depending on their role-specific permissions and access granted by admins and business owners.

Are there usage limits? No

Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Generic trigger samples
 
Are custom fields supported? No
  • MotionOps does not support custom fields. 
  • As an alternative tags can be used with a dedicated action: Add Tag to an Account.
