You can review how your agent ran through the agent's activity page and the All activity page. This lets you check if there were any issues with a specific run or what information an agent selected for a specific field.
This product is in open beta. It’s available for use but still in active development and may change.
Activity overview
You can see runs of all your agents, runs from a specific pod, or from a specific agent. The activity overview displays:
- The current status of the action.
- The apps the agent uses.
- The date and time when the agent run was active.
All agents' activity
To display all of your agents' runs, from the Zapier Agents home, on the left sidebar, click All activity.
Pod activity
To display the runs of all agents within a pod:
- From the Zapier Agents home left sidebar, click the name of your pod.
- In the Pod activity section, you'll see all activity from the agents that belong to that pod.
Specific agent activity
To display runs of a specific agent:
- From the Zapier Agents home left sidebar, click the name of your agent.
- You can also start from a pod's home page.
- Click Activity at the top of the screen.
You can pin a specific run to the top of the list. Click the three dot icon
for the run and then click Pin to top.Display details of a specific run
The run details lets you see what information an agent used while completing a task and how it responded to specific requests. To view run details:
- From the Zapier Agents home left sidebar, click the name of your agent.
- You can also start from a pod's home page.
- Click Activity at the top of the screen.
- From the list, select one of the agent runs. The run panel will open.
- Click the down arrow icon to examine how the agent interpreted and carried out the instructions.
Delete a specific run
You can delete a specific run by clicking the three dot icon
for the run and then clicking Delete chat.If you delete an agent, all activity is also deleted and no longer appears in activity pages
