This product is in open beta. It’s available for use but still in active development and may change.
You can review how a behavior or action ran for your agents through the Agent activity screen. This can be useful to check if there were any issues with a specific run or what information an agent selected for a specific field.
Check agent activity
- From your agent Chat screen, click the three dot icon .
- Select View Activity. You'll be brought to the Agent activity screen.
- At the top, click the name of the category you want to review:
- Behaviors: tasks carried out through a behavior.
- Actions: any actions taken in other apps.
- Other: any task carried out from chat that did not require an action.
- To view the details, click the down arrow icon to examine how the agent interpreted and carried out the instructions.
