Connect to Bluesky on Zapier
Bluesky uses session authentication to authenticate your account on Zapier.

For better security, Zapier recommends creating an app password in your Bluesky account to use as your password. To create an app password:
- Log into your Bluesky account.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > App Passwords.
- Click + Add App Password. A dialog box will appear.
- Enter a unique name for the app or use the randomly generated one.
- Click Next >.
- Your app password will be displayed. Copy it to your clipboard. Store this password securely, as it cannot be viewed again.

Using an app password is mandatory if two-factor authentication is enabled in your Bluesky account.
