How to get started with SureForms on Zapier

Connect to SureForms on Zapier

SureForms uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • API key 
  • Website URL

Additional authentication instructions

  1. Login to your WordPress dashboard where the SureForms plugin is installed and activated. 
  2. Go to SureForms Settings > Integrations and click View API Key. 
    1. If you don’t see the View API Key button, make sure you have activated your SureForms license key on your site. 
  3. Copy both your API key and the website URL from this page.

  • Pro or Business plan is required.
  • If you have a different plan, you won't be able to view the API key screen.
