  • The required data to create a Zap includes the recipient's email and mame.
  • The test step in Zapier will trigger the actual sending of rewards. To test, ensure that "Require approval for orders placed through Zapier" is enabled in the Toasty account setting.
  • By default, "Require approval for orders placed through Zapier" is enabled. If you prefer automatic approval, disable this setting.
  •  When "Require approval for orders placed through Zapier" is disabled, orders created via Zapier will appear in the order management system automatically.
  • If "Require approval for orders placed through Zapier" is enabled, any orders created via Zapier will appear in the Pending Order List under the Integrations section.
  • Toasty requires email verification for login. The shared account we provided is an external Gmail account. Please use Gmail to log in using the shared credentials and complete the two-step verification process.
  • All necessary settings for Zap creation (balance, campaign) have been pre-configured. Additionally, the account is set to manual approval by default. After logging in, you can modify this setting in the control center found in the left-hand navigation bar (LNB). With manual approval, data is accumulated in the "Pending Order List" under the Integration page within Toasty as Zaps are triggered. You can select the data and either "Reject" or "Approve" the order. Upon approval, the gift card will be sent.
If automatic approval is set, orders will be generated and processed immediately upon Zap execution.
This server is in a development environment, so product that has been delivered or generated here will be invalid for actual use.
