If you want to share a process with people outside of your Zapier account, you can do so by sharing a view-only link or downloading an image file of the process.
Share a public link
You can create a public link to share your canvas as view-only.
- From the Canvas home, click the name of your canvas.
- Click Share on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click the Public link tab.
- Click the copy icon to copy the link to your clipboard.
- You can disable the public URL by clicking the trash icon.

You can also send a PNG image file of the process to others.
- From the Canvas home, click the name of your canvas.
- Click Share on the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Download PNG to get a PNG file of the whole canvas. The file will be saved to your computer.

If you are part of a Team or Enterprise Zapier account, you can also
invite members to collaborate on your canvas.
If your canvas is in a folder, you can
pin it to the folder's documentation

so others in your account can find it quickly.
