How to get started with Connecteam on Zapier

Connect to Connecteam on Zapier

Connecteam uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • API Key

Additional authentication instructions

  1. You must have Admin permissions in order to create Zapier API key
  2. Log into your Connecteam account.
  3. Click on your name.
  4. Select Settings.
  5. Select API & Integrations.
  6. Under Zapier API key, click on Generate Zapier API key.
  7. Copy the key to your clipboard.

  • You must have an Advanced plan (or higher), for any hub.

  • Minute rate limit: 100 requests per minute.
  • Day rate limit: 10,000 requests per day.
