We are excited to introduce a new feature for Zapier Chatbots: the ability to add a webpage as a knowledge source. This feature is designed to help you get started more quickly, allow further customization of chatbots for businesses, and improve the overall quality and accuracy of chatbots.

If you have information on your website that you'd like the chatbot to use, you can add it, alongside text files or Zapier tables knowledge sources.
