Connect to Saysimple on Zapier
Saysimple uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.
Required authentication fields
- API Key
- API Secret
Additional authentication instructions
- In your Saysimple account, go to Settings.
- Go to Developers.
- Click +Add API key. A new API and Secret set will be created.
Note
The API secret will only be shown once. Before closing the window, you must save it in a secure place.

Send Message action
When using the Send Message action, you will need to add your Channel ID and Identity.
- To find the Channel ID:
- Go to your channel settings
- Select the designated channel.
- The Channel ID will be visible in the URL as a numerical value.
Example
In the URL https://business.saysimple.io/settings/channels/101, "101" is the Channel ID.
- Enter the phone number in the Identity field to specify the message recipient. The number must be formatted in International E.164 (including the country code).
Tip
You can use the Formatter app to format phone numbers.
