How to get started with Tableau on Zapier

Connect to Tableau on Zapier

Tableau uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • Subdomain
  • Token Name
  • Token Secret

Additional authentication instructions

  1. Log into your App.
  2. Go to the My Account Settings page at the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the Personal Access Tokens section.
  4. Create a Personal Access Token.
  5. Copy token name and token secret.
