AWS Lamba

For the actions Invoke Function (Sync) and Invoke Function (Async), there was a bug where the “Function” field did not load any options. This has now been resolved and works as expected.

Dropbox

We’ve been able to fix a bug with the Dropbox app with the New File in Folder trigger. Users were finding that they were not able to select a Team Space from the “Space” dropdown field. This has now been resolved and you can trigger new files in your Team Space.

Eventbrite

We’ve fixed the issue where the “Event” dropdown field didn’t load for more than 50 events. This was affecting the New Attendee Registered and New Attendee Check-in triggers. The issue has been resolved, and the “Event” field now displays all of your events.

Facebook Pages

We’ve made some improvements to the Facebook Pages app:

  • We’ve added the new trigger New Comment. Now you can trigger your Zaps when there is a new comment on a page!
  • We’ve updated the Create Page Photo action. This update lets you add multiple images in a single Facebook Page post.

Google Drive

With the Google Drive app, you can now trigger or action on files of folders that have been shared with you. This lets you seamlessly work with shared files and folders, boosting collaboration and eliminating ownership limitations.

Google Business Profile

The Google Business Profile, previously called Google My Business has been updated.

With the previous version of the New Review trigger, customers reported running to “Quota exceeded” errors. We’ve updated the trigger so it doesn’t search for new reviews in a set time interval (polling). Instead, it triggers every time there is a new review to avoid making unnecessary API calls.

To use this updated trigger update to the latest app version.

Intercom

We’ve made a bunch of improvements to the Intercom app:

  • We’ve added new triggers:
    • New Ticket
    • Updated ticket
  • We’ve updated our current triggers and actions:
    • The New Closed Conversation action now includes the entire conversation. Previously it only included a single message.
    • You can use an ID or User ID when using the Add Tag to Contact and Remove Tag from Contact actions. Previously, you could only associate a contact by email using the Add/Remove Tag on User or Add/Remove Tag on Lead actions.

Lastly, we’ve fixed the New User trigger, which now includes company information.

Marketo

We’ve improved the New Form Submission trigger, which now looks back 120 days to find a sample. Previously, it was set to 30 days. This update will help you when testing and setting up new Zaps.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

We’ve made a bunch of improvements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app:

  • We added new features:
    • New Invoice trigger
    • Updated Invoice trigger
    • Create Invoice action
    • Update Invoice action
  • We’ve improved how our search actions work:
    • The Find Lead action now includes an optional field “Type”, allowing you to further specify your lead searches.
    • The Find Contact and Find Account actions now included a field “Search by Email Only”. This allows you to avoid potentially false positives for contacts or accounts that may have similar names.
  • We’ve fixed a few bugs:
    • We’ve addressed the error message “Unhandled error: TypeError: Cannot read property 'Label' of undefined”. Users were seeing this when applying labels to their contacts using the Create Contact action. This has now been resolved and should work as expected now.
    • We’ve fixed a syntax error that users experienced when using the Find Lead or Find Contact action. This error happened if apostrophes were included in the search. Now, you can use apostrophes in your search without running into issues!
