ONLYOFFICE DocSpace uses session authentication to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Both self- and cloud-hosted accounts  
Is a paid ONLYOFFICE DocSpace plan required? No  
Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • All users can use the ONLYSPACE DocSpace app. Role-specific permissions include:
    • Room admins can create rooms, all users can access rooms. Room admins can invite users to rooms.
    • Only admins have access to the "My documents" section. DocSpace admins can add new users.
Are there usage limits? Yes
  • Authenticated requests per minute: 1500 Simultaneous
  • Authenticated GET requests: 50 Simultaneous authenticated requests (all except GET requests):
  • 15 Authenticated password reset requests per minute: 5
Are there pagination limits? Yes 1000 items in the array in replies to the GET request
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples  
Are custom fields supported? Yes  
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Append to existing data
