Company Plan Migration

On April 2, 2024, the Company plan will no longer be available for any new purchases. It’ll be replaced by our new, feature-rich Enterprise plan. 

Current Company customers will maintain their Company plan and features until the plan sunset date in 2025.

Over the next few months, the Zapier team will be here to help Company plan accounts select between the new Enterprise plan, Team plan with SSO add-on, or another plan of their choice—more details listed below in the article.

Try out our new Enterprise features

We’re excited about what’s new (and we hope you are too!). You’ll get complimentary access to our new Enterprise features, available in your account now. This will last for a minimum of four months. You’ll see a banner with your trial end date in Zapier. 

How this impacts your Company plan

We’ll continue to support all existing Company plans until their first renewal in 2025, after which you’ll need to select another plan.

There are a few factors that will impact the path forward, including whether you’re on a monthly or annual plan, and how many tasks you’ve chosen. We recommend connecting with our team to discuss the specifics. 

Here are four details you should know: 

  1. You don’t need to do anything today. We want to make sure you’re successful, and that includes giving you the time and resources to figure out which Zapier plan makes the most sense. 
  2. We’ll get in touch before your renewal. When your renewal is coming up, we can help you review your options and make a plan you feel excited about. 
  3. Changing task tiers. While you’re on the Company plan, you won’t be able to shift between task tiers yourself. But we’re happy to help behind the scenes, just let us know by contacting Sales or reaching out to Support.

NOTE: After April 2, 2024, Company plan customers will not be able to manually change task tiers themselves. If you wish to do so, please reach out to Zapier support.
