How to get started with Bookingmood on Zapier

Connect to Bookingmood on Zapier

Bookingmood uses API keys to authenticate your account on Zapier.

Required authentication fields

  • Organization ID API Key

Optional authentication fields

  • Organization name

Additional authentication instructions

  1. To get the Organization ID:
    1. Open the Bookingmood admin interface
    2. Copy the ID from the URL: /admin/organizations//...
  2. To get an API Key:
    1. Open the Bookingmood admin interface.
    2. Go to settings and scroll down to API keys.
    3. There you can create a new API key or use an existing API key.

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only

  • Both the Availability and Booking plan are supported. 
  • View Bookingmood's plans.
Are any special account permissions required? Yes
  • You need to have the Admin role in the organization you want to connect to Zapier.
  • Learn more about Bookingmood's account permissions.
Are there usage limits? No  
Are there pagination limits? Yes
  • At most 1000 rows are returned at once. Using pagination additional rows can be loaded.
Do trigger samples use real data from your account or generic data? Real trigger samples
  • Triggers use real data when available, and do not fall back to generic sample data.
Are custom fields supported? Yes
  • Custom fields, such as attributes, can be edited individually in Zapier.
Do update actions overwrite or append to existing data? Overwrite existing data  
Is there any additional info? Yes
