  • Grant Zapier permission to access your account if prompted to.

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only
  • 401 Unauthorized - Your API key is wrong or the access token has expired.
  • 500 Internal Error - Our servers encountered an unexpected error while fetching or updating data to our database.
Is a paid OkaySend plan required? Yes
  • Tier capabilities vary based on your chosen plan. Each tier offers different levels of concurrent requests, user access, and cloud storage. View OkaySend's plans.
  • Unsupported plan error: 403 Limit Reached - Please make requests inactive, permanently delete requests to clear space, or upgrade your account.
Are any special account permissions required? No  
Are there usage limits? Yes
  • Active Requests: An active request is a request that was sent and is currently in progress.
  • Users: You can invite limited members of your team to access your OkaySend Account.
  • Storage: The volume of that data can be collected and archived.
    • Basic plan: 20 active requests, 2 users, 20GB storage.
    • Professional plan: 50 active requests, 5 users, 50GB storage.
    • Business plan: 100 active requests, 10 users, 100GB storage.
  • If you exceed your limits, you'll receive this error code: 403 Limit Reached - Please make requests inactive, permanently delete requests to clear space, or upgrade your account.
